CHOOSING THE RIGHT READING
What is the difference between a Tarot reading and an Akashic reading?
This is a common question that I get asked so I thought I would try and briefly explain the difference.
A Tarot reading is typically more grounded in day to day life (family, finances, relationships, employment etc). The Minor Arcana cards in Tarot speaks to everyday life happening around you including common themes, stages, feeling and events. The Major Arcana cards however focus on significant life events, personal growth and aspects of spirituality. There is deep wisdom in Tarot, it is an ancient Hermetic practice and yet still very relevant in modern times. Generally speaking if you are wanting to explore day to day life then a Tarot reading would suit them best.
An Akashic Record reading is more of a "soul reading". Generally speaking an Akashic reading is used to explore a more spiritual pathway and focuses on the souls journey rather than the more practical day to day matters. An Akashic reading is typically used to explore soul purpose, past lives, unexplained fears and phobias, spiritual experiences and connections across your souls existence. It is a collection of soul memories of events, thoughts, feelings, and actions that have happened across all lifetimes.
There is certainly a crossover however as both types of readings can address both the practical and the spiritual but generally speaking a Tarot reading is best suited to the practical aspects of life and an Akashic reading is best used to explore the spiritual and your souls journey.
