My name is Shelly and I am the face behind Soul Focus. I have a Bachelor in Social Science and a Diploma in Arts and over ten years experience working in different roles within the social service sector. I have extensive skills and experience supporting people around a variety of complex issues. I also have additional qualifications in relation to trauma informed care, human development and clinical supervision.

My own spiritual journey has inspired me to navigate a different professional pathway; one where I am able to use a more holistic and spiritual approach. I love all aspects of the work I do, whether it's readings, healings or spiritual support and guidance, it is why I am here, it is my souls work.

I sit in a place of non-judgement and respect. I understand we are all on our own journey, we all have our own purpose and I am here to support you in yours. In the broadest sense, I am here to help you access a frequency of authenticity and self-love. So whether you are using my services for personal growth, spiritual alignment or as a way of navigating your life, you are most welcome here.

On a personal level my interests and passions include art and creative expression; I am a painter myself, I enjoy writing and reading. I have a love of all animals and the natural environment, particularly trees. My own spiritual pathway is very eclectic and I am very open to different faiths, beliefs and spiritual understandings.
