I only collect contact information from you for the purpose of:

• purchases and invoicing

• Sending readings to you electronically

I do not keep any written or stored digital information on my clients. I do not record any sessions without you consent.

All remote/distance readings are deleted once the client has confirmed they have received the reading.

I do not publish client feedback. I only collect feedback to ensure my own practice standards and to ensure the quality of my services. Feedback is not used for advertising or marketing purposes and will not be published in any way by Soul Focus.

I do not discuss clients or personal readings with anyone under any circumstances. You are welcome to discuss and share your reading but be assured, I will not.
